Lahore's neglected railway corridors, long blighted by waste dumping and encroachments, are being transformed into a chain of parks under a new provincial initiative. The Green Railway Corridor project represents a dual-purpose strategy: reclaiming abandoned public land while addressing the region's persistent smog problem through increased green cover.
